An intensive two day course covering all aspects of Floral, Citrus, Woody and botanical musk accords in natural perfumery.

Please note that no basic concepts will be taught. You must have previous study in perfumery and be familiar with natural perfume ingredients, extraction methods, the fragrance pyramid, aromatic groups and fragrance families.

Day 1

The complexity of floral accords in natural perfumery and how to improve them using natural isolates.

The versatility of woody materials in natural perfumery, and how to make the most of them.

Creation of a rose accord.

Creation of a white fower accord.

Creation of a soft floral accord.

Creation of woody bases for light and heavy perfumes.

Day 2

Citrus fragances in natural perfumery.

Fundamentals of creating botanical and natural musk accords.

The versatility of musk accords.

Creation of a classic Eau de Cologne.

Creation of a botanical musk accord and modifications to suit different fragrance families.
